SCILO now runs particle size determination by air-jet sieving, in accordance with Ph. Eur. 2.9.38.

Air-jet sieving separates a dry powder by particle size and reports the mass fraction passing each sieve.

We hold all sieve sizes in common use. If your specification needs a size we do not keep on the shelf, we add it quickly.

The test is run in our GMP laboratory near Łódź in Poland, together with the chemical and physical testing of medicinal products, starting materials and finished products that we already offer.
